Constructive PD was chosen for a $1 million dollar re-clad contract for the recently-constructed building, Tribeca South.

Tribeca South is one of three in Rivervale’s Tribeca Collection residential apartments. In the new precinct of The Springs Rivervale, this $24 million project comprises 72 apartments across six floors.

In collaboration with BGC Construction we replaced existing non compliant cladding with fully compliant solid aluminium cladding which still met the existing DA requirements. Most important to all reclads of occupied buildings is minimising impact on the occupants. CPD was able to plan and deliver the replacement of cladding with minimal to no impact on the occupants, and no issues with moisture increase into the building during the works.
