Constructive PD were awarded the multi-scope contract for the luxury Essence Claremont apartment complex with long-time client BGC Construction.
Essence is a luxury residential development featuring 143 apartments spread across three separate buildings in Claremont. Led by BGC Construction, this $64.6 million project was designed by architect Hames Sharley to redefine luxe living in the epicentre of luxury itself.
Our multi-scope contract for this job included full external cladding package and soffits, stylish balcony lining, a modern rooftop and alfresco, and luxe lobby wall linings feature brass inlayed walnut veneer.
The use of timber and timber look claddings is weaved throughout the building’s interior and exterior, creating a subtle continuity. Using timber throughout the design, this residential complex emits the warm glow of a cosy home while delivering luxury and style in spades.
