Modern Facade Solutions for Urban Hospitality
Constructive PD partnered with Pindan to transform the exterior of the Ibis Perth hotel in the heart of the Perth CBD. The project focused on enhancing the building’s visual appeal and functionality through the installation of high-performance aluminium façade cladding and distinctive feature box fins.
The use of aluminium cladding provided a sleek, durable solution that refreshed the building’s aesthetic while meeting performance standards. The addition of custom-designed feature box fins to the main facade introduced depth and visual interest, creating a modern and inviting presence that aligns with the hospitality brand.
